Parameters:
{function}fnGetControlId? delegate function which returns the control id
{function}fnGetEventHandlerName? delegate function which returns the event handler name

{function}FNMetaImpl? Constructor function for the metadata object; if not given, it defaults to sap.ui.core.ElementMetadata
